Law enforcement agencies in Bulgaria have conducted various operations targeting narcotics, smuggling, and conventional crime across multiple regions. In the Blagoevgrad region, police seized amphetamine, cannabis, and cocaine in Petrich, Bansko, and Dobrinishte, resulting in five detentions. At the Kapitan Andreevo border crossing, two citizens were charged with attempting to smuggle 4.56 kg of marijuana valued at approximately 37,303 euros. Other reported incidents included a murder investigation involving a minor in Plovdiv and a robbery at a money transfer office in Dupnica. In the Sliven region, a large-scale operation covering Sliven, Nova Zagora, Kotel, and Tvarditsa led to 10 arrests and 10 pre-trial proceedings. These actions addressed narcotics distribution involving cannabis, methamphetamine, and fentanyl, as well as violations of electoral legislation. Authorities also dismantled illegal analog radio broadcasting equipment in Yablanovo and addressed reports of extortion and road safety violations. In the Kyustendil region, a specialized operation resulted in ten arrests. In Dupnitsa, police discovered a technically equipped cannabis greenhouse containing 12 plants. Other drug-related detentions included a man driving under the influence of narcotics, a woman found with cannabis near the Banska River, and another woman caught with amphetamine. Additionally, three men were arrested for assaulting a neighbor and damaging a vehicle.
