In Mallorca, a trial is currently underway regarding the repeated rape of a minor by a man met through a video game. Further police actions include the detention of a man in Palma for assaulting an ex-partner and kidnapping their infant, alongside the continued reporting of the hate crime arrest fuel smuggling in Murcia. In early October, the Guardia Civil arrested two youths in Mairena del Aljarafe, Aljarafe for a hate crime involving the social media harassment violent assault of a homeless person. Additionally, a man in Manilva, Sabinillas was detained for spreading manipulated videos and fuel smuggling in Murcia. making threats against the Mayor of Algeciras and local police.
