Croatian nautical industry exhibitions
Overview
The Croatian nautical exhibition season has seen significant activity, beginning with the Rijeka Boat Show at Molo Carolina. The Rijeka event set a record with over one hundred Croatian and international exhibitors showcasing motorboats, navigation tools, and maritime gastronomy. Event director Ivan Črnjarić emphasized the fair’s role in creating “concrete commercial opportunities” for participants.
Following this, the 28th Biograd Boat Show officially opened on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at West Marina Kornati. Organized by Ilirija dd, the event is recognized as the largest boat show in Croatia and Central Europe. This edition features a record-breaking scale of over 400 exhibitors and 500 vessels, utilizing a “five shows in one” concept.
The Biograd event integrates several specialized programs, including the 10th HGK Days of Croatian Nauticality, the Croatia Charter Expo, and the Biograd B2B business fair. Running alongside the nautical displays is the 3rd Croatia Luxury and Adventure Travel Show (CLAS), featuring 30 exhibitors focused on luxury travel and high-end automobiles.
During the Biograd show, which concluded on October 25, 2026, the Zadar County Tourist Board participated via the CLAS program. Twelve economic entities from Zadar County, including hotels, campsites, and travel agencies, presented their services to domestic and international audiences. A joint presentation by the Zadar County and Zadar City Tourist Boards aimed to highlight the region’s diverse offerings, ranging from nautical activities to high-end services focused on privacy and authentic experiences.
