Organized by Visit Irpinia, the festival brings together over 80 chefs, producers, and researchers to discuss food allergies, sustainability, and the relationship between territorial identity and contemporary consumer needs. Concurrently, the ‘Avellino Estate in Città’ summer program is ongoing, with approximately 20 events scheduled through September 6. This program includes guided tours of the historic center, educational shows for schools, and various musical performances, such as those by the Fabrizio Bosso Quartet and Alessandro Bolide.
