The city of Puebla is organizing a series of cultural events in September 2026. Parallel to these festivities, the municipal government government, led by Mayor Pepe Chedraui, has implemented ‘Jornadas Imparables’ (Unstoppable Days), a social assistance initiative that has provided free medical services, legal orientation, and workshops to more than 10,400 people across various districts and housing units. The administration has also promoted public health through musicalized physical activity sessions organized by the Municipal Institute of Sports and hosted an International Fair for Social Welfare, which included delegations from Brazil, Peru, and Colombia to promote local consumption and regional identity.
