On 3 August 2026, prosecutors detailed the penalties they are seeking: 6.5 years and multi‑million‑crown fines for both Blažek and Daňhel, a 20‑year term with asset seizure for Jiřikovský, and an eight‑year term, a fine, and a professional ban for Titz. Blažek has publicly denied any wrongdoing and said he will comment further once the indictment is formally served.
