Various incidents have caused traffic disruptions on major motorways in Denmark. In late October, vehicle breakdowns impacted the E45 East Jutland Motorway between Horsens C and Horsens S, blocking the right lane toward Vejle. Additionally, an exit near Tvis on the Holstebromotorvejen was closed in the direction of Herning due to a breakdown at exit 20. By early November, a vehicle accident on the E39 motorway caused the closure of the southbound right lane between Tylstrup and Vestbjerg. On November 1, further accidents and local incidents were reported. On the Silkeborg Motorway (Route 15), accidents between Kalbygård Skov and Hårup, and between Havnstrup and Snejbjerg, caused lane closures and heavy congestion. In Slagelse, a damaged truck blocked the southbound bypass on Route 22. Other reported incidents included a car hitting a toll facility on the Great Belt Bridge and a collision at an intersection in Aakirkeby. On November 3, a traffic accident blocked the left lane on the E20 motorway on Funen, between the Nyborg V and Nyborg Ø exits heading toward Zealand. The Danish Road Directorate reported that rescue work was underway, resulting in traffic queues. In Hjortshøj, north of Aarhus, emergency services responded to a single-vehicle accident on Spørringvej on a Tuesday evening, where the involved individual was reported to be conscious and received medical attention.
