Dar Global, the London-listed luxury real estate developer, reported significant financial growth in the first half of 2026, with revenue increasing 66% to US$258 million and net profit rising 149% to US$30.4 million. This growth was driven by high demand in the GCC, Europe, and the UK, bringing the company’s Gross Development Value to approximately US$23 billion. Key projects include collaborations with brands like Aston Martin and the Trump Organization, including developments in Saudi Arabia and Dubai. Following these results, the company’s alternative asset management arm, Dar Global Capital Partners (DGCP), announced a strategic mandate to deploy capital across international markets, including the US, UK, Europe, and the GCC, with a focus on Dubai. DGCP is exploring a dedicated real estate opportunities fund for Dubai. To align the asset management platform with the parent group’s development footprint, Dar Global CEO Ziad El Chaar has been appointed as Chairman of DGCP. Operating under the regulatory oversight of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), DGCP aims to connect institutional capital and private wealth with prime real estate assets through a framework of value creation and downside protection.
