Anthony Adeniyi ‘Niyi’ Adeosun, a 62-year-old businessman and husband of former Finance Minister Kemi Adeosun, died in Lagos on August 5, 2026. Other notable figures in attendance were Akinwunmi Adesina, former President of the African Development Bank, and Nigeria Revenue Service Executive Chairman Dr. Zacch Adedeji. Mr. Adeosun is survived by his wife, Kemi, their children, and several siblings.
