The 2026 Delhi Premier League continued with several high-scoring fixtures. On 1 August, the South Delhi Superstarz secured a four-wicket win over the East Delhi Riders, chasing down 165 runs in 18.1 overs. The victory was supported by Anmol Sharma’s 64, a 23-run cameo from Ayush Badoni, and an unbeaten 27 from Karan Garg. Despite the loss, East Delhi’s Anshuman Hooda took five wickets for 24 runs, and debutant Mayank Yadav claimed a wicket on his first delivery. On 2 August, defending champions West Delhi Lions opened their campaign with a 19-run victory against the New Delhi Tigers at Arun Jaitley Stadium. On 31 August, the South Delhi Superstarz won the 2026 Delhi Premier League title by defeating the Central Delhi Kings by seven wickets in the final at Arun Jaitley Stadium. Chasing 183, the Superstarz reached 186/3 in 18.2 overs, led by Anmol Sharma’s 64 and Ankit Dabas’s unbeaten 61. Earlier, the Kings posted 182/8, featuring Samarth Singh’s 51. Divansh Rawat took 3/17 for the Superstarz.
