Vingroup is developing the Hung Vuong International Sports Complex in southern Hanoi, a massive 400-hectare hub for sports, culture, and entertainment. The highway will feature a width of up to 90 meters and is intended to provide direct access to the Hanoi International Sports Urban Area, connecting the city center to the new development.
