Designers Gunnar Ekman and Jennie Brobeck emphasized a practical, reflection‑based curriculum, a cohort of roughly 20 participants and pricing positioned below conventional MBAs. Business manager Niklas Grewin repeatedly described the offering as a “driver’s licence” for business leadership. Subsequent reports on 9 and 11 August reaffirmed that the program, developed by Ekman and Brobeck, functions as a foundational ‘driver’s license’ in business leadership rather than a narrow specialization, focusing on essential decision-making themes to ensure relevance for active managers. On 11 August, Dagens industri reported that the program is specifically designed for executives facing time and cost constraints, providing a solid foundation in leadership without requiring a professional break. By 20 August, further reports confirmed the program's intent to address the limitations of traditional MBAs, which are often viewed as too expensive or difficult to balance with full-time professional responsibilities.
