Doornite IPO on Prague Stock Exchange

Overview

Czech interior door manufacturer Doornite initiated an initial public offering (IPO) on the Prague Stock Exchange’s Start market in October 2026. The company originally planned to issue up to 200,000 new shares at a price range of 400 to 500 CZK per share, aiming to raise between 80 and 100 million CZK to fund growth, modernization, and acquisitions.

Upon completion of the offering, the results fell below the company’s initial targets. Doornite raised 26.1 million CZK through the sale of 65,270 shares at the minimum price of 400 CZK per share. Subscription levels were lower than expected, with only approximately one-third of the offered shares being taken up due to lower retail and institutional demand.

Despite the lower capital raise, Chairman Pavel Šatný described the listing as a strategic milestone, noting that the Start market serves as a “stepping stone toward the Prime Market.” The company intends to utilize the proceeds for organic growth, international expansion, and potential acquisitions.
