These subsidies can reach €1,300 for one building component or €2,300 for two, while in Heerlen, amounts may reach up to €4,000 and potentially be combined with national ISDE subsidies. However, research by the interest group Vereniging Eigen Huis highlights significant disparities in local support. Financial aid varies heavily by residence, with maximum subsidies ranging from €1,300 in Zwolle to €4,000 in Heerlen. Discrepancies also exist regarding covered ~~services—such as whether ventilation or advice is included—and~~ services and home construction year requirements. Furthermore, a lack of alignment exists between municipal schemes and the national ISDE ~~subsidy, specifically~~ subsidy regarding ~~whether applications must be submitted before or after~~ application timing. Nationally, the ~~work is performed.~~ ISDE has facilitated approximately 1.5 million sustainability measures in private homes over the last decade. Data from the RVO indicates a sharp increase in applications starting in 2023, with over 355,000 measures subsidized in that year alone, primarily driven by heat pumps and glass insulation. While municipalities like Zeewolde are developing heat programs to meet 2050 gas-free targets, officials note that a full electricity grid remains a significant complication for implementing these solutions.
