Major e-commerce platforms have launched promotional activities for the Double Eleven shopping season. Douyin Mall initiated its 2026 festival with a three-stage strategy involving supply preparation, peak sales through livestreaming, and post-promotion analysis. The platform is providing merchants with consumption vouchers, traffic subsidies, and shipping guarantees. Additionally, ByteDance’s advertising platform, Pangle, released monetization guides and AI-driven management upgrades to help developers manage budget fluctuations during the period. Coupang has also launched a large-scale overseas direct purchase event inspired by the Singles Day tradition. The sale features approximately 900 brands and 17,000 products from China and Hong Kong stores. The event has been extended to 11 days and includes daily limited-quantity deals, brand discounts, and free shipping for Wow members. Other major Chinese retail platforms, including Tmall and JD.com, have also begun their promotional campaigns. On Tmall, the ROG flagship store is offering laptop promotions that include one year of accident insurance, interest-free installment plans, and price protection guarantees. JD.com is providing incentives such as red envelopes worth up to 26,888 yuan, high-value coupons, and flash sale events scheduled for late October and early November.
