Following an earthquake that occurred on a Saturday, the Granada City Council has established a specialized assistance office at the Zaidín Civic Center to support affected residents. At least three people, including one minor, have sustained minor injuries. In response, authorities have implemented several precautionary measures. The Alhambra complex has evacuated the Nasrid Palaces and the Alcazaba for structural inspections, and the Granada City Council has ordered the temporary closure of municipal buildings. Additionally, the Granada Metro has reduced train speeds to 13:00. 30 km/h. The Junta de Andalucía remains in an emergency phase of its seismic risk response plan.
