The Egyptian General Survey Authority ~~continued~~ kept its ~~regular issuance of~~ daily release of prayer timetables throughout July 2026. After the July ~~22 release, which detailed Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha times for Cairo, Alexandria, Asyut, Sohag, Qena, Aswan, Ismailia~~ 22, 25, and ~~other governorates based on approved astronomical calculations, the Authority posted~~ 26 tables, a ~~further~~ new schedule was posted for ~~Saturday 25~~ Monday 27 July. The July ~~25 table again~~ 27 timetable listed ~~precise timings for Cairo (04:27~~ Cairo’s five prayers at 04:31 Fajr, 13:01 Dhuhr, 16:38 Asr, ~~19:54 Maghrib, 21:23 Isha) and Alexandria, with comparable adjustments for Aswan, Ismailia~~ 19:52 Maghrib and ~~additional provinces. On Sunday 26 July the Authority released another timetable, showing Cairo at 04:29~~ 21:20 Isha. Alexandria’s times shifted to 04:32 Fajr, ~~13:01~~ 13:07 Dhuhr, ~~16:38~~ 16:46 Asr, ~~19:53 Maghrib, 21:22~~ 19:59 Maghrib and 21:29 Isha, while Aswan’s schedule changed to 04:44 Fajr, 12:55 Dhuhr, 16:18 Asr, 19:34 Maghrib and ~~Alexandria with closely matching times. This continued sequence, alongside Kuwait’s nightly supplication posts, illustrates an~~ 20:55 Isha. Additional governorates, including Qena and Sharm El‑Sheikh, received updated timings. The ongoing releases demonstrate a continued coordinated effort to provide accurate, province‑specific prayer times for Muslims across Egypt and the broader region.
