Amidst this spending, America PAC is facing allegations of operating a deceptive voter registration website. Reports from the MeidasTouch Network suggest that VoteSafe.org, a site claiming to help voters navigate the election process, is actually a data-mining operation that does not facilitate actual registration. Critics allege the site is designed to resemble the nonpartisan organization Vote.org to collect and potentially sell user data. America PAC has reportedly spent over $180,000 on marketing for the site in a single week. Further complicating the political landscape, Donald Trump has asserted significant financial and ideological control over the Republican Party through MAGA Inc.
