In Belém, Pará, a collision occurred involving a Fire Department vehicle and two motorcycles at the intersection of Almirante Barroso and Doutor Freitas avenues. Preliminary reports suggest the two injured individuals are agents from the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu). Security footage reportedly captured the Fire Department vehicle, which was traveling in an exclusive BRT lane, striking the agents while they were on motorcycles. The Military Police isolated the area, and the Pará Military Fire Department confirmed that both men received medical attention. New details indicate that the SAMU team was responding to an emergency with both visual and audible signals activated at the time of the crash. Regarding the condition of the injured responders, one agent is reported to be stable, while the other suffered a leg fracture that required surgery.
