The Social Foundation of Work (Funsat) continues its employment and inclusion efforts in Campo Grande, Brazil. The Labor Market Inclusion Program (Primt) recently concluded the registration phase for its second edition of mobile services, known as Primt Itinerante. Following five sessions across regions such as Vila Popular, Vida Nova, Aero Rancho, Moreninhas, and Jardim Canguru, more than 850 people participated. The final stage at CRAS Canguru served 130 candidates, with the goal of creating a reserve registry of 400 classified individuals. Parallel to these inclusion programs, Funsat has maintained a steady flow of job vacancies. On August 31, the foundation announced 935 vacancies across 118 professions offered by 121 companies, with monthly salaries between R$ 1,600 and R$ 6,000. By September 2, the number of available positions was updated to 833 vacancies spanning 120 professional activities from 128 companies. By September 9, Funsat reported between 769 and 820 available positions. As of September 9, Funsat updated its vacancy report to 812 job openings across 119 functions provided by 123 companies. The foundation continues to offer 515 ‘open profile’ roles and 52 positions specifically designated for people with disabilities (PCD). Following the registration phase, the Primt program has entered the presentation phase for new beneficiaries. An initial group of 100 workers, consisting predominantly of women, has begun submitting the documentation required to finalize their inclusion, following a screening process that approved 969 candidates. Additionally, Funsat reports that available job openings in the capital have increased to over 1,100, covering sectors such as commerce, services, and transport. A specialized job fair for people with disabilities is scheduled for September 21, involving eight municipalities. As of September 9, Funsat and Funtrab report a combined total of 1,139 job vacancies.
