Employment opportunities in Turkey continue to be announced across both the private and public sectors, though recent developments include warnings regarding recruitment scams. İŞKUR has announced 4,393 vacancies for cleaning and security personnel. This includes 3,426 cleaning staff roles—including 20 specifically for hospital cleaning—and 947 security roles, comprising 627 general security guards, 234 unarmed private security guards, and 86 armed private security guards. These positions generally do not require a KPSS score, as individual employers set specific requirements for education, experience, and certifications. In the aviation sector, AMAC Aerospace Turkey is recruiting one aircraft cleaning staff member for the Atatürk Airport hangar area in Istanbul. This full-time role requires at least a high school diploma and involves maintaining aircraft cabins, galleys, and toilets, as well as hangar cleanliness to prevent Foreign Object Damage (FOD). Public sector and hospital-related recruitment remains active. Private companies providing services to city hospitals across 17 provinces have listed 408 positions, including cleaning, security, clinical support, catering, driving, and technical work, with the highest concentration in Ankara. Additionally, 732 call center customer representative positions are available across 31 provinces, most notably in Siirt, Hatay, and Istanbul. Amidst these listings, İŞKUR and its Trabzon provincial directorate have issued a fraud warning. Scammers have been using the agency’s corporate identity on social media to offer fraudulent home-based packaging, extra work, and certification services. These scams often request fees or personal information by falsely claiming documents will be linked to e-Devlet or e-İŞKUR systems. İŞKUR emphasized that all its services are provided free of charge. Expanding its technical workforce, İŞKUR has announced the recruitment of 11 contracted IT specialists for its Information Technology Department. These high-level roles include specialists in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, and network security, among others.
