The EnergyTime Spike Devils Campobasso volleyball team has transitioned from preseason preparations to their official Serie A3 Credem Banca campaign. Following a series of preparatory matches in September—including a loss to Gas Sales Bluenergy, a 3-1 win against Romeo Sorrento, and a 3-2 victory over Bcc Tecbus Castellana Grotte—the team made its regular season debut on October 16. Campobasso secured a 3-1 victory in their season opener against Pag Volley Taviano. The match was highly competitive, particularly during the first three sets, before Campobasso gained control in the fourth. The team won the first, third, and fourth sets with scores of 26-24, 29-27, and 25-19, respectively, after dropping the second set 23-25. Key offensive contributors for Campobasso included Guerrini with 19 points, Suraci with 17, Valchinov with 15, and Arienti with 12. Taviano’s top performer was Padura Diaz, who finished as the match's top scorer with 21 points. Coach Giuseppe Bua observed that although the team faced challenges regarding service efficiency, the win provided “essential momentum for the start of the tournament.”
