Entre Ríos provincial service program in Paraná

Overview

The provincial government of Entre Ríos has implemented the ‘ER con Vos’ program in Paraná to provide citizens with direct access to state services.

In early August, the initiative launched in the San Agustín neighborhood at Plaza Eva Perón. The program allowed residents to manage procedures involving health, education, housing, energy, social programs, and documentation, while also receiving assistance with the ‘Mi Entre Ríos’ digital app. Minister of Economy and Public Services Fabian Boleas stated the effort follows instructions from Governor Rogelio Frigerio to bring services closer to the people.

By late August, the program held a session at Parque Gazzano, which included participation from the Senate of Entre Ríos. This event involved more than 13 public agencies and served over 200 residents. Specific components included the Youth Senate for civic engagement, the Entre Ríos Early Childhood Observatory, and the Gender and Human Rights Observatory, which provided advisory services during World Breastfeeding Week.
