The legal battle over the Entre Ríos school feeding program has intensified. In a recent legal development, Entre Ríos Attorney General Jorge García issued an opinion supporting the province's new system. García urged the judiciary to reject appeals from parents, the AGMER union, and the CAUCE Foundation, stating the resolution is grounded in constitutional and provincial norms. The College of Nutritionists of Entre Ríos (Conuer) has provided technical feedback on provider proposals. Additionally, authorities announced the creation of a permanent advisory council to provide ongoing technical consultation for menu development, including planning for the 2027 cycle. Regarding pension reform, the implementation of Law No. 11.302 is progressing. Governor Rogelio Frigerio signed Decree 2667/26, which regulates a 3% extraordinary personal contribution for a specific sector of the provincial public administration.
