EPCOT has introduced seasonal activities and decorations for its upcoming festivals. In the Germany pavilion, new signage has been installed to promote Oktoberfest celebrations at the Biergarten restaurant, which features traditional German cuisine and live polka music from September 19 through October 4. Additionally, the Halloween-themed scavenger hunt, ‘Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit’, is returning as part of the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. Running from September 25 through November 2, the activity involves guests searching for character-inspired decorative pumpkins throughout the park. For the 2026 season, participants can purchase a game board and sticker sheet for $11.99 plus tax at locations such as Creations Shop, Disney Traders, and World Traveler. The hunt requires guests to match character-themed pumpkins found in the park with stickers on a map. Disney has noted that guests are eligible to redeem game boards for a Halloween-themed keepsake even if they do not find every pumpkin. Participation requires valid park admission, and purchases are limited to five game boards per guest. Looking ahead to the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, the park will implement an earlier closing time of 9:00 p.m., which will result in earlier start times for the Candlelight Processional and Luminous shows.
