EPEC power outages in Córdoba province

The Empresa Provincial de Energía de Córdoba (EPEC) has announced a series of planned power outages across the Córdoba province for maintenance and infrastructure upgrades. These interruptions are intended for tasks such as aerial network maintenance, equipment installation, tree pruning, and electrical grid improvements.

Recent schedules for a long weekend included Saturday outages in Córdoba city neighborhoods like Altos de Villa Cabrera, Alto Verde, and San Daniel, as well as in Río Cuarto, Monte Maíz, Colonia Bismarck, and Bell Ville. Sunday and Monday schedules extended to Villa del Totoral, Cañada de Luque, Charras, Olaeta, and Pilar, with specific maintenance in Córdoba city affecting Barrio Jardín, Yofre Norte, and the Parque Industrial Mi Granja.

For Wednesday, September 9, 2026, EPEC announced further interruptions. In Córdoba city, underground network maintenance will affect the area between 24 de Septiembre, Pringles, Lima, and Jacinto Ríos streets from 07:30 to 12:30. High-voltage line maintenance is also scheduled between 07:30 and 07:45 for Ausonia, Bengolea, Chazón, Etruria, Idiazábal, La Laguna, Pascanas, Pasco, and Ucacha.

In Alta Gracia, new works will impact neighborhoods including Piedra del Sapo and Tiro Federal during the morning. Río Cuarto will face one-hour service restrictions in the Microcentro and Macrocentro areas between 08:00 and 18:00 for smart meter installation. Additionally, preventive maintenance in Río Ceballos will affect the Villa Corema and Buena Vista neighborhoods from 13:30 to 16:30.
