Erasmus+ mobility and exchange programs

Overview

Erasmus+ initiatives have facilitated various youth and student mobility projects across Europe. In Frascineto, the municipality received approval for the ‘Bridges of icons between inclusion and European citizenship’ project, which utilizes the Museum of Icons and Byzantine Tradition to promote inclusion and European citizenship through exchanges with Poland and Greece.

Other mobility programs have focused on diverse educational themes. Students from the Požega Economic School engaged in studies of marine ecosystems and biodiversity in France, while the ‘Echoes of the Past’ project in Croatia hosted partners from Portugal, Hungary, and Turkey to explore the links between nature, cultural heritage, and identity through visits to historical sites and local traditions.

Recent developments in Croatia include expanded mobility for Požega students, who participated in exchanges in France and Poland focusing on sustainability and maritime heritage. Additionally, teachers from Bjelovar completed professional training in Málaga, Spain, to study modern medical education and laboratory methods.
