The 67th European Organisation for Quality (EOQ) Congress is being held at the UBT Science Park in Kosovo, marking the 70th anniversary of the EOQ and the 20th anniversary of ‘Quality Kosova’. The congress theme, ‘Shaping Quality for a Smart, Sustainable and Resilient Future – Quality, Growth, Human Values and Trust in the Age of AI’, focuses on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and sustainable development. Discussions have covered quality assurance in higher education, dual education models, and the relationship between industry and academia. Subsequent sessions, titled ‘Government, Public Services & Institutional Quality’, have brought together diplomats, academics, and government officials to address good governance, public trust, and municipal service coordination. Experts and policymakers have also emphasized the importance of scientific research and transparent, technology-oriented teaching systems.
