The OpenAI Partner Network has seen an increase in major technology services firms joining as Advanced Partners to facilitate enterprise-scale artificial intelligence implementation. Initially, Cognita Reply joined the network, receiving expanded access to OpenAI resources and training to deploy solutions such as ChatGPT Enterprise and agent-based applications. Following this, HCLTech and EPAM Systems also attained Advanced Partner status. HCLTech has focused on expanding its AI-native application offerings and agentic transformation services, while EPAM Systems has prioritized large-scale consultant training and the integration of OpenAI models into customer data systems and workflows. IBM has recently entered a strategic partnership to accelerate AI deployment across large-scale enterprise operations by integrating OpenAI’s frontier models—including GPT-5. 6, Codex, and ChatGPT Work—into the IBM Consulting Advantage platform. This collaboration targets sectors such as financial services, public administration, telecommunications, and retail to modernize software development and transform legacy processes into AI-ready workflows. To support this initiative, IBM will establish a dedicated OpenAI Practice and train tens of thousands of consultants and engineers through the OpenAI Partner Network. Furthermore, the companies intend to combine OpenAI’s Daybreak cybersecurity program with IBM’s Autonomous Security services. Specialized ‘Forward Deployed Experts’ will also be utilized to manage complex, highly regulated AI implementations directly within client environments.
