Reports from Italy indicate several fatal incidents involving domestic violence and various accidents. In Terni, a 44-year-old woman died following a May assault on a public bus where her husband struck her with a hammer. The perpetrator, who had removed an electronic bracelet despite a restraining order, faces aggravated attempted femicide charges. In Roggiano Gravina, a 13-year-old girl died after falling from a moving tractor driven by her father. Preliminary investigations suggest she lost her balance and landed under the vehicle's wheels; local Carabinieri are investigating the circumstances of the accident. Other reported fatalities include a 36-year-old agricultural worker struck by a tractor in Pontecorvo, a 62-year-old man who suffered cardiac arrest at a construction site in Cessalto, and a 54-year-old man found dead in his home in Pescara. On October 20, 73-year-old entrepreneur Paolo Rambaldi died in Montefiore Conca following an agricultural accident. While harvesting olives, Rambaldi was reportedly struck and crushed by a tractor trailer that rolled backward on steep terrain. Rambaldi, the son of Italia in Miniatura founder Ivo Rambaldi, managed the theme park for 40 years and served as the president of Rimini Rugby.
