SNK announced that Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves will launch on the Nintendo Switch 2, with a digital release set for October 22, 2026, and a physical edition following on January 21, 2027. The game features a crossover with the anime Tokyo Revengers, adding characters Manjiro ‘Mikey’ Sano and Ken ‘Draken’ Ryuguji to the roster via Season Pass 3. As part of this collaboration, the characters will feature combat moves, animations, and special introductions inspired by their original series. The Japanese voice cast includes Yu Hayashi as Mikey and Katsuya Fukunishi as Draken, while Aleks Le and Sean Chiplock provide English voices. In the ‘Episodes of South Town’ mode, Mikey is transported to South Town via the power of Sacred Scrolls to become involved in the struggle for the legacy of Geese Howard and the pursuit of Krauser. In Arcade mode, Draken enters the fray while searching for the missing Mikey. In the game's narrative, Mikey and Draken intervene to save Rock after Terry and Kain fail to stop Krauser; Mikey participates in the King of Fighters tournament while Draken enters the competition searching for him. Digital editions include a Standard Edition for 19.99 euros and a Starter Edition for 29.99 euros, which incorporates content from the first three Season Passes. Pre-ordering the digital version provides an exclusive classic costume for Mai Shiranui. SNK has since confirmed that Kim Kaphwan will join the roster as a DLC character for Season 3, scheduled for release in 2026. In the Arcade and EOST (Episodes of South Town) modes, Kim’s story involves returning to South Town to visit Tehssok and interact with his sons, Donghwan and Jaehun. He will be voiced by June Yoon in English and Kunihiro Kawamoto in Japanese. ~~Datamining of game files continues to suggest the possibility of a fourth DLC season.~~
