Fatal traffic accidents in Republika Srpska

Overview

A series of fatal traffic accidents has been reported in the region. An initial three-vehicle collision near the Novi Banovci loop resulted in one death.

Subsequently, a collision involving two Volkswagen Golf models occurred on the Klašnice–Derventa main road in the village of Drugovići. This accident killed a 20-year-old man from Laktaši and injured a passenger from Prnjavor. Local police and the Banja Luka District Public Prosecutor's Office have initiated investigations and ordered forensic examinations to determine the cause of the crash.
