The Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP) continues to implement various administrative, academic, and research initiatives. The Suzano Campus is offering a free, in-person specialization in Logistics and Operations for early 2027, while the Pirituba campus provides postgraduate programs in Humanities. Additionally, the IFSP has opened a selection process for 4,504 vacancies in technical courses integrated with high school education for the first semester of 2027; applications remain open until October 5, 2026. Institutional developments include a public consultation, running until September 15, 2026, regarding a proposed resolution to reserve spots for trans, intersex, and non-binary individuals. A new public consultation, open until October 10, 2026, ~~has been launched~~ is underway to establish regulations for student representation entities, including student unions, academic centers, central directories, and athletic associations. This process allows students from all campuses to submit suggestions via electronic forms. Furthermore, the institute is conducting a consultation to define the vision and mission of GENE, an endowment fund.
