FiiO launches FG3 gaming headset and headset, EA13 tube amplifier and EH13 ANC
Following the initial announcement in July 2026, FiiO has officially launched the FG3 gaming headset and the EA13 vacuum-tube stereo power amplifier. The FG3 is a wired-only, Hi-Res Audio certified headset priced at approximately $69 or €69.90. It utilizes a coaxial dual-driver configuration—a 50mm driver for mids and bass and a 16mm driver for highs—alongside virtual 7.1 surround sound and an ENC microphone. Users can manage settings via the Fiio Control Web browser interface. While noted for its comfort and EQ customization, early reviews have described the build quality as subpar and the default sound profile as potentially “muddy”. The EA13, FiiO’s first full-size vacuum-tube integrated amplifier, is priced at approximately $769.99. Developed over three years, the device features a pure analog Class A push-pull circuit using two Sylvania PCF80 tubes for the voltage stage and four JJ Electronic EL34 tubes for the output stage. It delivers 28W per channel into an 8Ω load and includes mechanical VU meters, custom output transformers, a 6.35mm headphone jack, and separate 4Ω and 8Ω speaker terminals. Unlike hybrid models, both the pre-amp and power stages are fully tube-based. FiiO has further expanded its lineup with the EH13, a pair of closed-back over-ear Bluetooth headphones priced at $49. These headphones include active noise cancellation (ANC), 40mm drivers, and a 10-band parametric EQ via a dedicated app. The EH13 supports LDAC, AAC, and SBC codecs, offering up to 45 hours of battery life with ANC enabled.
