Fiocruz honors scientists from military era

Overview

The Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz) held a ceremony at its Rio de Janeiro campus to honor scientists affected by the "Manguinhos Massacre," an incident during Brazil's military dictatorship where political rights were revoked under the AI-5 decree in 1970.
