The FIS Cup ski jumping competitions in Hinterzarten, Germany, featured approximately 90 registered participants, including athletes such as Constantin Schmid, Killian Peier, and Eetu Nousiainen, as well as a Polish delegation including Adam Niżnik, Jan Galica, and Tymoteusz Amilkiewicz. In the women’s Intercontinental Cup (ICoC), Agnes Reisch secured a victory after Nika Prevc was disqualified for “improper suit permeability” following a 107.5-meter jump. Reisch won the event with jumps of 106.5 and 106 meters, finishing ahead of Liangyao Wang and Ping Zeng. In the subsequent Sunday competition, which concluded the current edition of the Summer Intercontinental Cup, Prevc regained the lead after the first round with a 104.5-meter jump, maintaining a 6.3-point advantage over Reisch. Nika Prevc ultimately secured victory in the competition, marking her second career win in this qualification tier. Following her previous disqualification, she rebounded with jumps of 104.5 meters and 109 meters, totaling 249.5 points. Agnes Reisch took second place, while China’s Wang Lingyao finished third. This victory secured an additional sixth quota for the Slovenian national team for the upcoming winter World Cup season, allowing them to field six athletes through the New Year tournament. In the overall summer Intercontinental Cup standings, Ping Zeng emerged as the series leader. In the men’s FIS Cup, Jakob Steinberger achieved his fifth career win and fourth consecutive victory. Among the Polish competitors, Adam Niżnik finished 12th, Jan Galica finished 28th, and Tymoteusz Amilkiewicz finished 33rd.
