Rock band Foghat announced the upcoming release of a triple vinyl live album titled ‘Live & Loud Across the U. S. A.’, scheduled for October 30. The recordings were captured during the band’s 2024 and 2025 United States tours. The release will include a reissue of the Earl & the Agitators album, ‘Shaken & Stirred’. Following the initial announcement, the band released a new music video for ‘My Babe’, a cover of a 1963 Righteous Brothers song, which is featured on the upcoming live album. This project marks the first live album from the current lineup, which includes founding drummer Roger Earl, guitarist Bryan Bassett, singer/guitarist Scott Holt, and bassist Rodney O’Quinn. Further details regarding the October 30 release via Foghat Records and Select-O-Hits indicate the album will feature two gold vinyl discs and a bonus third red vinyl disc. The ‘Shaken & Stirred’ reissue will be made available on vinyl for the first time. The band is currently active with their ‘Slow Ride 50th Anniversary Tour’ and the ‘Twang & Bang Tour’.
