Forza Italia national political conventions
Overview
The Forza Italia party held two major national events in late 2026 to address various socio-economic and political challenges in Italy.
In mid-September, the party’s youth wing, Forza Italia Giovani, hosted the ‘Azzurra Libertà – Innamorati del futuro’ convention in Montesilvano. Attended by over a thousand young participants and several ministers, including Deputy Prime Minister Antonio Tajani, the event focused on issues such as employment, taxation, artificial intelligence, mental health, and the energy transition.
Following this, the main Forza Italia party held a national conference in Milan from October 9 to 11, titled ‘L’ottimismo della volontà’. This conference included party leadership, government officials, and international figures like European People's Party President Manfred Weber. The discussions shifted toward broader national concerns, including economic growth, infrastructure, digital innovation, and legislative proposals to address demographic decline and support families.
