The Free Fire esports competitive season progressed through various regional stages in late 2026. In the Free Fire Max India Cup (FFMIC) 2026 Fall, the Group Stage concluded for Groups B and C. Nebula Esports and Resurrection secured top positions in their respective groups, helping several teams, including Reckers Esports and Cruel Esports, advance to the Knockout Stage. Concurrently, the Free Fire World Series (FFWS) 2026 regional competitions concluded, determining qualifiers for upcoming global events. In Southeast Asia, four Indonesian teams secured spots for the FFWS SEA 2026 Fall Grand Finals in Surabaya, scheduled for September 19-20. Bigetron by Vitality and ONIC were joined by RRQ Kazu, who finished fifth with 234 points, and debutant MBR Omega, who secured sixth place with 231 points. The 2025 Esports World Cup champion, EVOS Divine, failed to qualify, finishing 12th with 147 points. The FFWS SEA 2026 Fall Grand Finals commenced in Surabaya, Indonesia, at the Tunjungan Plaza 3 Convention & Exhibition Hall. The tournament features 12 finalist teams from Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam competing for a US$300,000 prize pool and eight qualification spots for the FFWS Global Finals 2026 in Bangkok. Following the first day of competition, Vietnam’s P Esports leads the standings with 123 points and one Booyah. Indonesia’s MBR Omega holds second place with 95 points, followed by Thailand’s All Gamers Global in third with 88 points. In the FFWS 2026 Bangladesh Fall, Team Infinity claimed the championship with 165 points, earning $16,275, while Pirate Esports took second place with 155 points and $9,765. Both Team Infinity and Pirate Esports will represent Bangladesh at the FFWS 2026 Global Finals in Thailand this November.
