Reports from October 2026 indicate ongoing fluctuations in fuel costs across various Spanish regions. In Albacete, diesel prices (Gasóleo A) have shown variation among municipalities. As of late October, the lowest recorded rate remained 1.499 €/liter in Fuente-Álamo. Other competitive rates in the province included 1.729 €/liter in Roda (La) and approximately 1.719 €/liter at several stations in Albacete city. In the Andalusia region, significant price differences exist between provinces. In Sevilla, 95 gasoline prices have fluctuated; while earlier data noted rates around 1.579 €/liter, options such as Petroprix and Plenergy in Calonge dropped to 1.539 €/liter. Other low-cost locations were identified in Utrera and La Rinconada. In Córdoba, the minimum for 95 gasoline reached 1.519 €/liter. Data from the Ministry for the Ecological Transition also noted specific minimums in Rute, Cádiz, and Granada. In Rute, gasoline 95 was recorded at 1.539 €/liter, while diesel was 1.669 €/liter. In Granada, the lowest prices for gasoline 95 were found in Motril and Salobreña, with diesel reaching its minimum in Ogíjares. Significant variations were also observed in the Valencian Community across Valencia, Alicante, and Castellón. In Almería, a downward trend followed a government tax reduction on October 1, with 95 gasoline prices dropping 8.1% since September 28, making gasoline cheaper than diesel in the province. In the Community of Madrid, disparities are evident between traditional stations and low-cost automatic chains. As of October 26, low-cost stations in the southern periphery, such as Fuenlabrada, offered 95 gasoline at 1.545 €/liter. In Valdemoro, diesel prices near 1.689 €/liter were noted at stations including Ballenoil, T9, and Petroprix. Conversely, fuel costs remain high in Tenerife, Canary Islands, where prices increased by 35% over the last year. In Extremadura, rising heating oil costs have become a concern, with a 1,000-liter tank estimated to cost approximately 1,760 euros.
