Georgia medical cannabis regulatory changes

In response to the changing regulatory landscape, the Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission has proposed new rules to allow for the home delivery of products via private carriers or the United States Postal Service. The commission is also investigating delivery pathways for long-term care and healthcare facilities to mitigate security risks such as theft or diversion.
