Arsenal Football Club has reached an agreement to sign 17-year-old Georgian midfielder Andria Bartishvili from FC Kolkheti 1913. The deal is valued at approximately €4.5 million and includes a five-year contract. Bartishvili, a Georgia Under-21 international currently on loan at Iberia 1999, is traveling to London to undergo a medical examination. The pursuit of the playmaker has been led by assistant sporting director Maurizio Micheli. Micheli and assistant to sporting director Andrea Berta. Due to age regulations, Bartishvili is not expected to officially join the Arsenal squad until June 2027, once he reaches the age of 18. Bartishvili is described as a versatile attacking midfielder or winger with strong technical abilities. In related news, Paris Saint-Germain has made an initial offer to extend the contract of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. While the Georgian winger is under contract until June 2029, PSG intends to secure him as a long-term pillar of their project following a significant rise in his market value, which reportedly reached €140 million as of mid-2026.
