Consumer sentiment remains a concern; the NIM and GfK indices fell to -30.6 points for October due to dropping income expectations. Households have increased their propensity to save to 21.5, a level not seen since the 2008 financial crisis. Fiscal stability remains a long-term issue, with the Stability Council projecting public debt will reach 78.25% of GDP by 2030. Recent data indicates rising optimism among business leaders, with a KPMG survey showing 86% of managers expect growth over the next three years, driven by digital transformation and artificial intelligence.
