A week later, attention shifted to two other regional gatherings. The third Cosy Festival in Dornburg transformed a baroque castle into a venue for electronic music and art, while confronting right‑wing hostility. In Cottbus, the Elbenwald Festival attracted around 10,000 visitors with fantasy‑themed programming but warned of rising artist fees, energy costs and a growing financial deficit.
