GGPoker tournaments have seen significant participation and notable performances from Brazilian players. Initial reports highlighted high entry numbers for daily tournaments and the Golden Vault series, with several Brazilian players securing six-figure prizes and high finishes in various events, alongside competitive online series in Europe. This trend of Brazilian success continued into the GGMillion$ High Rollers tournament, where six Brazilian players reached the final table. At the start of the final stage, Alisson Piekazewicz led the chip count, followed by Bernardo Soares and Carlos Ribeiro in second and third place, respectively. Other Brazilian finalists included Brunno Botteon and Fábio Wagner, while Dalton Hobold held the short stack position. All nine finalists were guaranteed at least $58,074. During the 2026 GGPoker WSOP Online festival, Brazilian players secured further major victories. Dante Goya won the US$ 10,000 GGMillion$ High Rollers, defeating Biao Ding in heads-up play to claim a prize of US$ 415,765. Additionally, Lucas Teixeira Rodrigues, competing under the alias ‘Fino y Elegante’, won the $300 Gladiators of Poker (Event #2) after navigating a field of 17,077 entrants, earning $579,752 and a $30,000 Super Pass to the WSOP Paradise Super Main Event. This followed an earlier win in Event #1 by Raphael Caixeta. This early success in the festival, where Brazilians won two of the first three events, has positioned the country to potentially break its 2025 record of eight online bracelets and over US$ 4 million in prize money. The current series includes more than 30 bracelet events, featuring high-stakes tournaments such as a US$ 5,000,000 guaranteed Mini Main Event and a US$ 25,000,000 guaranteed Main Event.
