In Brazil, 66% of micro and small enterprises remain at low levels of digital maturity due to limited resources and technical knowledge. In Spain, despite relatively high cloud adoption, only 20% of companies have reached high maturity levels. An NTT DATA report warns that a lack of cloud maturity and budget constraints pose significant bottlenecks, with 90% of Spanish organizations acknowledging that current budgets may compromise the success of necessary AI and cloud infrastructure investments.
