Global beauty industry trade shows and conventions

The global beauty industry continues to host major international trade shows and conventions focused on innovation and professional education.

In North America, the 2026 edition of Cosmoprof North America recently concluded at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The event featured more than 950 exhibitors from 39 nations and recorded over 26,500 attendee visits from 88 countries. Key highlights included dedicated pavilions for China, the Dominican Republic, and South Korea, with an expanded emphasis on Korean Beauty. New initiatives included the DSH Korea Pitch Competition, held in partnership with LG’s acquisitions division. Industry leaders discussed topics such as packaging, K-beauty scaling, and the role of TikTok Shop as a growth engine, while retail interest was noted from companies including Buc-ee’s, Mercado Libre, and Ulta Beauty.

Looking toward the Asia-Pacific region, the 29th edition of Cosmoprof Asia is scheduled for November 2026 in Hong Kong. The event will be split between AsiaWorld-Expo, hosting Cosmopack Asia to focus on the supply chain, and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre for finished branded products. The 2026 edition expects over 78,000 visitors and 2,900 exhibitors from more than 40 countries. A significant focus will be placed on the halal beauty segment, particularly as Indonesia prepares to mandate halal certification for all beauty and skincare products starting in October 2026.

Other upcoming industry gatherings include Beautycon 2025 in Manila and the 2027 return of America’s Beauty Show to Rosemont, Illinois, under the theme ‘PULSE’.
