Global Food Week 2026 is scheduled for October 6–8 at the ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. Organized by the ADNEC Group and the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA), the event is expected to be the largest edition to date. The program will include the second edition of the Global Food Security Summit (GFSS) to address international food security challenges. Additionally, the event is introducing a new consumer-facing dimension called ‘Shop at the Show’, a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) platform that allows visitors to purchase products directly from exhibitors alongside existing Business-to-Business (B2B) opportunities. New features for this edition include a Farmers Market for local produce, a Beverage Zone specializing in matcha and specialty coffee, and various workshops and masterclasses. A significant addition is the inaugural Abu Dhabi Honey Symposium, organized by ADAFSA in collaboration with Apimondia. This symposium will host researchers and industry experts, featuring over 40 beekeeping booths and a global honey tasting platform, with sessions covering apitherapy and honey sensory evaluation.
