Global gaming and iGaming industry developments

The global gaming and iGaming sectors continue to focus on technological and content-driven advancements. Initial developments included JCM Global’s iVizion 2 bill validation technology, Aristocrat Gaming’s Buffalo Super Rush premiere, and the appointment of Michael Baker-Mosley as Fractional Chief Growth Officer at Mastermind.

As the 2026 Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas approaches, scheduled for September 28 to October 1, industry players are finalizing their showcases. AGS intends to present 77 slot games, featuring 50 new titles and its Glō UR43 video cabinet family, while also highlighting table products and digital offerings via its AGSi division.

Expanse Studios, a subsidiary of Meridian Holdings, plans to exhibit proprietary casino content, including recent slot and crash game releases. The studio currently distributes nearly 100 titles to more than 1,800 casino brands globally. Additionally, IGT and Everi are set to demonstrate integrated solutions to connect player touchpoints. IGT will introduce new content for its RISE32 and RISE55 cabinets, as well as new interpretations of the Wheel of Fortune Slots franchise, while Everi will showcase its FinTech solutions.
