Global Village Dubai Season 31 preparations

Overview

Preparations are underway for the 31st season of Global Village in Dubai, which is scheduled to officially open on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 6 PM. Operating under the theme ‘A More Wonderful World’, the season will run through May 2027.

As the opening approaches, organizers have detailed several cultural and logistical enhancements. The season will feature 29 pavilions representing more than 90 different cultures, including refreshed experiences for the Sri Lanka, Russia, Azerbaijan, Syria, and Kuwait pavilions. The ‘Gardens of the World’ will also return with enhanced design elements and new LED lighting at the Cultural Gate.

To improve the visitor experience, Global Village is introducing a redesigned Season 31 Passport and a new ‘Kids Passport’ for stamp collecting. Digital and physical navigation improvements include a new WhatsApp chatbot for inquiries and bilingual signage in Arabic and English.

Logistical updates aimed at reducing congestion include additional ticket counters at the Happiness Gate and new self-service machines in VIP parking areas, allowing visitors to pay before reaching exit points. These updates follow earlier preparations, such as the extension of food and beverage registration deadlines and the introduction of various VIP and Mega VIP membership tiers.
